Green Hills Golf Course
From Fields to Fairways ... In 1956, Robert S.
Crockett and his three sons Bob, Jerry and Tom, began transforming their family farm into a golf course. Since that time, the Crockett family, along with the friendly staff has welcomed golfers and set the stage for countless golf stories that are shared to this day. Always memorable and never the same, a round of golf at any of their three courses is sure to add a little spring to your step, or another could'a, would'a, should'a to your golfing scrapbook. But that's golf, and at the end of the day, it's only a game, and what a great game it is - enjoy! Green Hills Golf Course has 18 holes of rolling terrain with ponds, creeks and mature trees throughout. The course is a traditional American design. Catering to golfers with more control than length, and who can keep the ball in play, it's a good test of golf for all skill levels and a place where the long ball hitter may lose some of their advantage. A sneaky 5,933 yards gives you hope and optimism at the start followed by guessing and second-guessing during your round, leaving you humbled or proud at the end of the day. There is also a 9-hole Executive West Course. Ideal for Seniors, beginners and children, and a great place to warm up or practice your short game. There is also a driving range and practice area. Walk or ride, there are always golf carts and rental clubs available. Green Hills also features: Tavern at the tee, great food (famous hot dogs), cold and hot beverages, beer and liquor, outdoor patio with spectacular view of the 18th green, outings up to 200, and a fully-stocked pro shop with a knowledgable golfing staff.
